Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If something isn't right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@jumaofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us before returning and we'll do our best to accommodate an exchange, subject to availability. Because our drops are limited, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing their original tags. Sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
