This website is operated by JUMA™. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JUMA™. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

SECTION 2 - DROP PURCHASES AND INVENTORY AVAILABILITY

  • No Cart Reservation: Placing an item from a highly limited product release (Drop) into your shopping cart does not reserve the inventory. Your purchase is only secured and finalized once the checkout process is fully completed and a confirmation email has been issued.

  • Limitation of Quantity: To guarantee fair access for our community and prevent unauthorized commercial resale, JUMA™ reserves the right to limit the number of units purchased per customer, per household, or per credit card on any limited-edition releases.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING, LOGISTICS, AND DELIVERY

  • Fulfillment Origin: All orders are meticulously inspected, packed in our eco-friendly frosted polybags, and shipped directly from our facilities in Miami, FL, United States.

  • Carrier Liability: Once a package is transferred to our third-party shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), liabilities for transit delays, lost packages due to incorrect shipping address inputs by the client, or international customs hold-ups fall outside the scope of JUMA™. Please ensure your shipping details are entirely accurate at checkout.

SECTION 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All custom apparel silhouettes (including our signature Boxy Fit pattern), garment engineering specifications, graphic designs, logos, text, brand names, and digital media displayed on this platform are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of JUMA™. Any unauthorized reproduction, replication, modification, or distribution of our assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
